This dish uses five-spice bean curd rolls, which we commonly call shredded tofu. Regardless of the name, they are all soybean products. Soybeans are rich in nutrients, and leeks have high nutritional value. The two are simply stir-fried, and it is a delicious healthy dish.

1. Pick and wash the leeks, prepare the tofu rolls

2. Cut leek into inch pieces

3. Shredded bean curd rolls

4. Start the frying pan, add the minced ginger into the pot and stir fragrant, and stir-fry the shredded tofu, add salt and stir evenly

5. Stir-fry the leeks evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

1. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy color and flavor to this dish.
2. Soybean skin rolls contain salt, so the amount of salt should be controlled.
