Cold Tofu Shreds

Prepare the ingredients needed to make tofu shreds

Cut the shredded tofu into 10 cm long pieces

Use a grater to grind cucumbers and carrots

Put a proper amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the shredded tofu and cook

After the tofu shreds are taken out, put the cucumber and carrot shreds into the pot to add water

Flatten the garlic with a knife and add some salt to mash it into garlic

Tofu shreds, carrot shreds, and cucumber shreds should be taken out in cold boiled water

Add garlic to the tofu shreds, then add appropriate amount of chicken essence and sesame oil (the salt is added when the garlic is mashed, so there is no need to add additional salt during the mixing time)

Then mix the ingredients evenly and put it on the plate
