Cold Trotters

Ingredients: 2 trotters

Subsidiary ingredients: green, red pepper, green onion, coriander, garlic, ginger

Divide the pig's trotters into small pieces, the smaller the better, it is easy to mature when stewed, and easy to taste

Tips:
1. It is best to soak the trotters in cold water for a few hours in advance to soak out the blood and peculiar smell in the meat;
2. When stewing pig's trotters, it is best to add a little salt first, so that the meat will get into the bottom taste first;
3. The stewed pig's knuckles are not easy to be too bad, and the stewed ones are too bad and not chewy when eaten.
