Cold Watermelon Peel

After eating the leftover skin of the watermelon, remove the dark outer skin.

Cut the peeled watermelon rind into small pieces (I used wave shears, if not, you can cut them directly with a knife).
3.
Add salt and marinate for half an hour.
4.
Finally add sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, monosodium glutamate, minced garlic and mix well. OK!
Tips:
A very refreshing dish in summer!
