Cold Wonton Wrapper

Wash the shrimps and set aside

Wash the vegetables and set aside

Cut the wonton wrapper into 1 cm width and cut into strips

Boil water in a pot

After the water is boiled, put the wonton wrappers in, cook for about 6 minutes, add water three times

Then put it out in a bowl, mix well with the seasoning

Re-boil the water, blanch the vegetables and shrimps, remove them and stir evenly with the noodles.
