Cold Yam

Half root of yam, wash

Peeled.

Cut into strips. Too slippery, just cut thicker.

I cut a few carrots a little bit, just want to have a little color and look better, you can omit this step.

Bring the water to a boil, put the yam in, add a little salt, and cook for two or three minutes.

Pick up and drain the water.

Add a spoonful of linseed oil

Add another spoonful of soy sauce, add the drained yam, stir well, and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
Tips:
I use ordinary yam. If you use iron sticks, the yam tastes more powdery and delicious!
