Cold Yam and Black Fungus
1.
Wash 1 iron yam. Soak the black fungus in advance.
2.
Peel and slice.
3.
After the water is boiled, put in the mountain pills, blanch it, and quickly scoop it up. Soak the yam in cold boiling water.
4.
The soaked black fungus and green pepper are also blanched in hot water. Remove and soak in cool water.
5.
To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and cold-pressed linseed oil, and stir well until the sugar dissolves. Put the yam, black fungus and green pepper on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle a few medlars washed in boiling water to garnish.
