Yuba is a soy product made by condensing and drying soybeans after being refined and cooked. It is rich in protein and has high nutritional value. Now that the weather is getting hotter, add some vegetable salad, it's refreshing and delicious.

Cold Yuba

1. Soak the black fungus and yuba in advance

2. Cucumber slices, coriander cut into sections, goji berries soaked softly, minced garlic

3. Boil the black fungus and yuba with boiling water to remove and drain the water

4. Put the ingredients in a big bowl

5. Put some oil in the pot and stir fragrant garlic

6. Pour the minced garlic into a bowl and put salt

7. Release light soy sauce, sesame oil

8. Put some bibimbap sauce and mix well

Tips:

If you like raw garlic, you don’t need to heat it, just let it be cold.
