Cold Yuba

Wash the yuba, soak in hot water, as shown in the figure, then let it go in cold water and set aside.

Wash the cucumbers, slice them, and set aside.

Chop the string pepper, red pepper, and garlic and set aside.

Put the yuba and cucumber together and stir well.

Put the string pepper, red pepper, and minced garlic on top of the yuba, set aside.

Put oil in the pan, wait for the oil to boil, pour it on, and spray out the fragrance. Then add salt and vinegar, stir well and enjoy.
7.
After the cold dressing is done, put it on a plate and enjoy it.
