Cold Yuba

Add a spoonful of salt and some warm water to a large basin, and soak the yuba for 25 minutes.

Cut the soaked yuba into approximately 3cm pieces.

Boil water in the pot, put the yuba in the pot and boil it.

Rinse the cooked yuba with cold water two or three times to drain the water.

Mince garlic, cut into rings, and cut coriander into sections.

Add deep-fried chili, light soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, salt, and chicken essence to the bowl, mix well and make a cold sauce.

Put the yuba in a large bowl, add the prepared cold sauce, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.

Finally, add the minced garlic, Zhitian pepper, and coriander to mix.

Tips:
1. Soak yuba with boiling water is easy to rot, soaking in cold water for too long, it is recommended to add some salt with warm water so that the yuba is easy to soak and evenly.
2. After the yuba is boiled in the pot, rinse with cold water two or three times, so that the finished yuba will taste better.
