Cold Yuba

Soak dried yuba with hot water.

Control dry water and cut into sections.
3.
Add sliced cucumber and carrot.
4.
Sprinkle in the chopped garlic.
5.
Pour in steamed fish soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, a little chopped coriander and mix well.
Tips:
1. After the carrot is sliced, blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, then mix it into the yuba. Both steamed fish soy sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste, so no salt is added.
2. If you like spicy food, you can pour more spicy oil.
