Braised Sai Lu Jin with Scallions

Cut dried yuba into sections,

Cut the green onions into sections,
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add the yuba,

Fry until the drum skin is removed,

Add the scallions and fry them until they turn yellow and remove.

Boil the yuba in super hot water and remove it,

Hot pot with scallion oil, light soy sauce pot,

Add oyster sauce and some water to a boil.

Add cooking wine and rock sugar, cook until the rock sugar melts,

Pour the yuba and cook for 5 minutes, then collect the juice on high heat

Water starch thickens,

Boil the thick and thick out and put on the plate.
Tips:
Dried yuba is harder, so boil it in hot water for a while.
