Cold Yuba

Prepared ingredients.

Break the yuba into small sections, add water to soak until it becomes completely soft.

Peel carrots and lettuce and shred.
4.
Add some salt to a pot of boiling water, add shredded lettuce, and blanch the shredded carrots for a few seconds to change the color.

The dried yuba is also blanched.
6.
Add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh spicy powder to the hot main ingredients.

Just mix well.
Tips:
1 The blanching time of lettuce and carrots should not be too long to keep the ingredients crisp.
2. If you like spicy, you can add some hot sauce and mix it together.
