Coleslaw

500 grams of sprouts were broken off from the Ercai stick.

Soak the noodles and flour in water for a few minutes to get rid of the dirt on the noodles.

Drain the water after washing the vegetables.

Cut the baby vegetables into shreds.

Add the right amount of salt to the cauliflower and stir well.

Cover the vegetables with a layer of plastic wrap and put a heavy object on them for 2 hours.

Pour out the water from the pickled vegetables and rinse them off repeatedly. (In order to see the water in the pickled vegetables intuitively, I changed a small bowl)

Add the right amount of vanilla vinegar to the dishes.

Add light soy sauce, sugar and chili powder.

After all the ingredients are mixed well, you can start eating.
Tips:
1. If there is no vanilla vinegar, you can put white vinegar or leave it alone
2. The sweetness can be flexibly adjusted according to taste
