Coleslaw Fungus and Cabbage Heart

The black fungus is soaked in hot water and then washed and chopped. The fungus is most found to be soaked when eaten. The taste of the fungus after soaking overnight is not as good as the fresh soak. Cut the cabbage heart and carrot into thin strips. Mince garlic.

After the water in the pot is boiled, add the fungus and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Take out the cold water and rinse again with cold boiled water.

Put the fungus, cabbage heart, carrot shreds, and minced garlic into the container.

Add a small amount of sugar and some salt, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Pour out the excess water, add an appropriate amount of fresh and white vinegar, and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil and chopped green onion and mix well.
