Put the hot water in the trotters. After the water is boiled, let it cook on a low heat for about 2 hours. Depending on how hard and soft trotters are accepted, we like to eat soft ones, so we cook them longer. Tips:
If there are chopped green onion and coriander, it is also good to put in the end.
