Colored Peppers Mixed with Kelp

1 bag of 288 grams of organic kelp, a little green onion, ginger and garlic, half a carrot, and 2 colored peppers.

Wash the seaweed soak.

Wash other ingredients clean.

Chop the garlic and cut the others into strips.
