Colorful and Multi-flavored Sushi

The eggs are fried and cut into strips, and the other side dishes are cut into strips for preparation.

The sushi bamboo curtain is wrapped with plastic wrap, so that it is not easy to get the rice grains, and at the same time, it can keep the bamboo curtain clean!

Put a little salt and sesame oil on the rice, or sushi vinegar. I didn’t put it in to avoid sour rice and stir well. Put a piece of seaweed on the bamboo curtain, spread the rice first, then put the side dishes in turn, and roll it up with the bamboo curtain.

In this sushi roll, I put meat-flavored soy flour, ground peanuts and side dishes, still rolled into a tube with bamboo curtains.

Remove the sushi bamboo curtain and cut the knife into water (so as not to stick the knife with the rice).

I made only vegetarian dishes, flossed meat, peanuts, fried eggs... so it is colorful and multi-flavored sushi. Finally, it can be dipped in cherry sauce or hot sauce, and it can be fried! You can eat it whatever you want, and it can be used as breakfast for the next day!
Tips:
Wearing gloves to grab rice will not stick to your hands; you can add one-third of glutinous rice to the rice to make it more sticky; you can also use black rice!
