Colorful Bean Curd

Ingredients: bean curd, red pepper.

Ingredients: water melon, garlic cloves.

Cut the bean curd into large pieces; remove the seeds of the red pepper, trim off the white tendons, and soak in water (you don’t need to soak for spicy ones).

Cut off the top and root stalks of the water melon to avoid blackening, and cut into pieces for later use.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
6.
Add the bean curd and stir fry, drizzle with soy sauce, add some water and cook for a while.
7.
Add red pepper and water melon and stir fry evenly.
8.
Season with pepper, salt and chicken essence.
