Colorful Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Pasta
1.
With all the materials ready, let's get started.
2.
The first step is to marinate the beef tenderloin, add 1g of salt, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of black pepper, and then sprinkle some cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
3.
The second step is to cut the red and green peppers into about 1cm shreds, and cut the onion into pieces. In fact, the shreds are more beautiful. I found out after I finished it, haha.
4.
The third step is to cook the noodles. Pour some cooking oil in the water and add some salt to boil the noodles, about 8 minutes.
5.
Put the cooked pasta in cold water for a while, then remove and add olive oil, mix well, and set aside. The reason for this is that the noodles can be more chewy. Draining oil is to prevent adhesion.
6.
Start the pan and pour the oil, add the minced garlic, and fry the marinated beef. This step does not need to put any seasoning, and set it aside.
7.
Put oil in the pan, sauté the colored peppers and onions until softened, add them to the pasta, then add 2g of salt, the amount of oil consumption, and the amount of black pepper. After stir-frying, pour some water starch, and finally put the beef tenderloin and stir-fry for a minute before it is out of the pan.
8.
Get out of the pot and garnish with mint leaves. I found that this mint is really versatile. It can be used as a drink and as a decoration. Pair it with a cold drink you like, and go ahead.
