Colorful Fried Rice

1. Boil a pot of water and put a spoonful of salt in the pot.

2. Cut the red sausage into cubes.

3. Cook the mixed vegetables in a pot for 2 minutes, remove and drain.

4. Put the rice in a bowl and break it into small pieces with a spoon.

5. Beat the eggs until bubbles are formed.

6. Put oil in the pot, turn on a low heat, add egg liquid, and spread on the bottom of the pot.

7. Spread the rice on the egg and heat it over medium heat for two minutes until the egg is solidified.

8. Use a frying spoon to break up the rice and break up the eggs.

9. Add red sausage and stir fry for 2 minutes.

10. Add assorted vegetables and a spoonful of salt, stir well, and then serve.

Tips:

1. Assorted vegetables are quick-frozen vegetables mixed with carrots, green beans, and corn kernels. They are generally available in supermarket freezers, which are super convenient for cooking.
2. Cold rice is difficult to break up at once, so you must consciously break it up when frying, and finally it will be a delicious, loose-grained fried rice.
