Yesterday, I had leftovers. I used ham and eggs with some favorite ingredients and fried them together with the fresh rice. A nutritious and simple and delicious lunch was prepared.

Colorful Fried Rice

1. Prepare leftovers

2. Prepare ham sausage, cucumber, carrot, green onion

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add cooking wine and divide into egg liquid

4. Put the hot oil in a hot pan into the egg mixture, stir fry with chopsticks to form a granular shape, set aside

5. Put the carrots and stir-fry them in a frying pan, then add cucumbers and stir-fry them, and put them in the eggs

6. Put the leftover rice in the frying pan, add a little water, cover the pot and simmer for about 4 minutes

7. Use a spatula to press and fry the hot rice

8. Add the freshly-fried ingredients and stir-fry evenly until the aroma is released

9. Add salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly until it tastes good

10. Put it out into a rice bowl, press firmly

11. And then buckle in the plate, remove the bowl

12. Ready to eat

Tips:

Remember to add a little water to the fresh rice the day before and simmer it over low heat for more than 3 minutes. The fresh rice must be heated thoroughly to avoid gastrointestinal discomfort.
