Colorful Fruit Papaya Boat Sticky Rice
1.
Prepare the ingredients (soak glutinous rice and white fungus in warm water for at least half an hour, the longer the soaking time, the less steaming time)
2.
Remove the head and tail of the papaya, cut it from the middle, clean the seeds and then scrape smoothly with a spoon (the size of the inner cavity of the papaya boat depends on the amount of ingredients you have)
3.
Put the fruit, glutinous rice, white fungus, rock sugar, and loquat paste together and mix well (loquat paste is my own choice, I was coughing because of my child)
4.
Put it in a papaya boat and decorate with 5 goji berries to increase the color. (Note that the remaining sugar water must be poured in after mixing well, it will be soft when steamed with water, but hard without water)
5.
After the water in the steaming pot is boiled, steam it in the pot. Turn the high heat to low heat for 15 minutes and steam for 25-30 minutes. Pay attention to the water in the middle. If the glutinous rice is steamed, there are no white opaque lumps in the middle.
Tips:
1. Glutinous rice is not easy to digest. It is not recommended for children to eat more. Be careful not to eat it before going to bed, otherwise it will keep churning.
2. Chinese wolfberry is not suitable for children to eat more, just for decoration, not too much.
3. The extra glutinous rice is also delicious when served on a plate and steamed.
