Colorful Seaweed Rice

(1) Cook rice with rice and glutinous rice in a ratio of 2:1;

(2) According to your own taste, mix appropriate amount of white vinegar, sugar and salt into sushi vinegar;

(3) After the rice is cooked, take it out and let it cool slightly, and mix in the sushi vinegar evenly while it is still warm;

(4) Break up 3 eggs, spread them into omelets with a low fire in a pan, cut into strips for later use; cut the ham into strips for later use; prepare tools and other materials;

(5) Put the fresh-keeping paper on the curtain, take a piece of seaweed, press the rice evenly on the seaweed, put about half of it, not too much, so as not to roll up, put the egg strips in the middle;

(6) Tighten the curtain; roll up the bamboo curtain, while curling up, use the four fingers other than the thumb to fasten the rolled bamboo curtain and pull it toward you. Curtain rolls, rolled into elongated sushi sticks;

(7) Follow the same method or use a mold to roll other flavored sushi, and finally cut the sushi roll into small pieces;
