Colorful Shao Mai

The easy way to soak glutinous rice overnight is to add diced meat and soy sauce and cook them together. I like to eat soft glutinous siu mai, which will cook the rice a little bit badly.

Carrots, purple cabbage, spinach, juice and noodles separately.

The noodles are rolled into a siu mai crust that is larger than the dumpling skin, and the siu mai crust can be thinner. Wrap the steamed rice, and press in the closing area.
