Colorful Summer [fried Five-color Vegetable Balls]

1. Dig carrots, winter squash, pumpkins and Xinlimei radishes into balls or hemispheres with a ball picker (if you don't have a ball picker, you can dig into a hemisphere with a small spoon)

2. Cut broccoli into small florets, wash and set aside

3. Bring water to a boil, put a little salt and oil into the water, add the processed meatballs and broccoli and blanch until half-cooked

4. Remove and immerse in cold water to cool and drain the water for later use

5. Heat the pot, add a little olive oil, add garlic and stir fragrant

6. Pour in half-cooked vegetable balls, a little sugar, salt, and stir-fry until the balls are fully cooked. Finally, add chicken essence to taste and pour a little starch water on it.
