Colorful Vegetable Minced Meat Loofah Cup

After the vermicelli is soaked in water for a while to soften, remove and drain the water, then spread it into the plate.

Cut green and red yellow cayenne pepper into small cubes for later use

Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white sugar to make a juice for later use

Scrape the skin of the loofah, clean it, and cut into small pieces about 5cm long; use a small spoon to dig out a part of the flesh to make a loofah cup

Mix the pork filling with salt and chicken essence and mix well, then stuff it into the loofah cup;

Place it on top of the spread vermicelli, pour the sauce in step 3, turn off the heat for about 5 minutes on high heat

Sprinkle with diced peppers and simmer for 1 minute before serving
