Conch Slices in Oil

Live conch spit up dirty for a few days

Steam the conch on the pot for ten minutes, remove the internal organs and take the meat.

Wash the conch meat and slice it. Prepare shredded green onion, shredded ginger, minced garlic, and red hot pepper. Then use light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, cold sauce to adjust the sauce for later use.

In a stone pot, mix the conch slices, green onion ginger shreds, and red pepper shreds. Pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.

Boil a spoonful of hot oil with a spoon until it smokes.

Pour the hot oil directly into the pot. The amount of oil is according to personal taste, I use more here. Because the rest can still be used below. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
