Congee with Scallops and Seafood

Chilled scallops thaw and wash

Wash the rice and put it in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, slice the ginger into it, and drop 3g of cooking oil into the pot

Cook for 75 minutes, just add chopped shallots and stir before coming out of the pot.
Tips:
Scallops should be fresh, white ones should not be yellow ones
