Ingredients: green vegetables (washed and cut), fresh shrimp (washed), quail eggs (cooked and peeled), small oil tofu, mushrooms (washed and cut), vermicelli

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut green vegetables and stir fry.

Then, combine the cleaned shrimps and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Then, add quail eggs, small oil tofu, mushrooms and vermicelli, add appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.
