Cool Asparagus

A handful of asparagus

Cut off in half and take the tip of the bamboo shoot (what is the rear part? Give some suggestions!).

Soak and clean the asparagus with salt;

Put salt and salad oil in a pot under cold water;
5.
Boil the water and transfer it to the dish.
6.
Sprinkle chopped pepper sauce and garlic diced on the asparagus, drizzle a little steamed fish soy sauce;
7.
Boil the salad oil until 70% or 80% and pour it on the garlic granules.
