Cool Autumn Health-winter Melon and Wolfberry Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare all the ingredients ~ Freshly bought fresh chopped ribs from the market brewed in clean water, soaked in blood water ~ Peel and wash the carrots, cut the green onion leaves, sliced ginger, coriander, cumin, wolfberry, orange peel, and rinse ~

Add cold water to the ribs, cover the pot and simmer on high heat; boil until the water boils and change the heat to low, use a spoon to skim any foam

Add medlar, ginger slices and orange peel, cover the pot and simmer slowly~

After simmering for 40 minutes, add the green onion leaves and continue to cover and simmer~

Cut carrots into equal pieces with a thickness of about 5mm. Peel the winter melon and cut into slices about 6-7mm thick. Add the carrot pieces and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the winter melon slices. Cover and continue to cook~

Simmer for about 15 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle in the chopped coriander, chopped fennel, appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and stir gently to serve~
Tips:
1. Cut the winter melon slices as thick as possible, so that it is not easy to stew and lose shape~
2. The skin of winter melon does not need to be peeled off, just use a brush to clean the epidermal fluff~
3. The water must be added at once, and no water can be added in the middle, which will affect the nutrition and taste of the soup~
