Cordyceps Flower

Cordyceps flower is soaked in cold water.

After soaking the cordyceps flower, remove the roots and blanch for about 3 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips and the parsley into sections. Mix one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce, and half a spoonful of sugar in the bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Mince garlic, add a little oil to the pot and saute the minced garlic until golden brown, pour the juice into the bowl, heat it until bubbling and turn off the heat.

Pour the bowl of juice into the cordyceps flower, add the cucumber shreds and coriander, mix well and serve.
Tips:
After blanching, quickly pass the cold water and taste smoother!
