Ever since I boiled shrimp oil with vannamei white shrimp, I think of shrimp oil every time I cook tofu. Although there is no meat at all, the cooked tofu is fresh and fragrant. This time I added some cordyceps flowers and stewed it together. Really good to eat!

Cordyceps Flower Tofu Soup

1. Rinse the dried cordyceps flower with water first and then soak it softly

2. Tofu cut into small pieces

3. Blanching mixed vegetables

4. Raise the frying pan and add an appropriate amount of shrimp oil

5. Add tofu and fry for a while

6. Add some salt and cooking wine

7. Add cordyceps flower and soaking water

8. Then add the mixed vegetables and boil

9. Add some chicken powder before cooking, and drizzle with a little sesame oil

Tips:

Water starch can also be used to thicken the prawn oil. The prawn oil is boiled with white prawn heads. If not, use normal salad oil.
