Cordyceps Flower Abalone Rice
1.
Cut the chicken into pieces, add 3 shiitake mushrooms, 3 slices of ginger, 1 scallion, 5 peppers, 3 slices of bay leaves and simmer for 1 hour. I usually simmer more and freeze it in the refrigerator for ready use.
2.
Scrub the baby abalone, especially the wrinkles, with a small brush.
3.
Use a tablespoon to stick to the shell and remove the abalone meat and get rid of the internal organs.
4.
Cut wheat ears with a knife. Be careful not to cut through.
5.
Marinate the cut abalone with ginger and chives in cooking wine for 10 minutes.
6.
7.
Put a bowl of chicken broth in the wok, add cordyceps flower, a spoon of oyster sauce, and a spoon of seafood soy sauce. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
8.
Add the marinated abalone and cook, no more than three minutes.
9.
Take a bowl of rice and compact it, buckle it on a plate, and place blanched broccoli and carrot slices.
