Cordyceps Flower Corn Chicken Soup

Half of the three yellow chicken is chopped into pieces.

Sweet corn and cordyceps flowers are spare.

Boil three yellow chicken in a pot under cold water. Add appropriate amount of ginger slices and cooking wine when blanching water.

After blanching the meat, wash it under running water and set aside.

Put chicken, ginger slices, and 2 dried chilies in an electric cooker.

Add enough boiled water at one time and turn on the power to start boiling.

Boil for 2 hours.

Add the chopped corn.

After another half an hour, add the washed cordyceps flower.
10.
Turn off the power after 30 minutes, add salt, season the chicken powder, and serve.
Tips:
1: The chicken should be blanched for enough time to remove blood stains.
2: If the chicken soup is too greasy, remove part of the chicken skin and oil before stewing.
3: Cordyceps flower does not need to be simmered for too long, half an hour is enough to exert its effect. When cleaning, there is no need to soak. Try to rinse it under running water to avoid the loss of nutrients such as insect powder.
