Cordyceps Flower Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Wash cordyceps flowers and soak in cold water for later use

Wash the corn and cut into pieces, cut the water chestnuts into small pieces and set aside

Rinse the ribs and remove them in the flying water for later use

Boil water in a pot. Bring the blanched ribs, cordyceps flower, and water chestnuts to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer for 40 minutes

Add corn and simmer for 30 minutes

Add a little salt to taste and turn off the heat
7.
Served and ready to eat
