Cordyceps Flower Pork Ribs Soup

The right amount of black pork ribs.

Put a pot under cold water, and take it out again.

Wash off the foam with an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Heat the water in a large casserole, add the ribs, sliced green onion and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections.

Cut enoki mushrooms into small sections.

Chopped coriander, chopped green onion and ginger.

An appropriate amount of Cordyceps flowers, remove after boiling water for later use.

Take a small casserole and pour the right amount of braised ribs with the soup. Put the Cordyceps flower into the stew and boil for two or three times until the soup turns golden brown.

Put the enoki mushrooms in a boiling pot and turn off the heat.

Pour into a soup bowl, appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame pepper powder to taste, coriander, chopped green onions, and ginger sprinkle and serve.

Tips:
The small casserole can't fit, I always cook the ribs soup in the big casserole first, and then change the small casserole to put the stewed ingredients according to the number of people.
