Cordyceps Flower Pork Soup
1.
Rinse the cordyceps flower and soak it slightly with water. (Don't pour the water, save the soup.)
2.
Wash and slice the pork for later use.
3.
Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add the ginger slices, add the meat slices to blanch, remove, rinse off the foam, and drain.
4.
Add meat slices, cordyceps flower, red dates, ginger slices to the saucepan, and add enough water.
5.
Simmer slowly for three or four hours.
6.
Add salt to taste ten minutes before serving, without MSG.
Tips:
I use big red dates, so I only use one. If you use small red dates, you can use two or three, or you can replace them with candied dates. You can also add a chicken wing inside to make the stew more fresh and sweet.
