I went to the field to pick some cocorye. It tastes really good. Eating a taste of spring Cocorye is bitter in nature. Coriander Rolls

1. endive

2. Soak the broccoli in water for a while before removing the roots to clean it

3. Blanch the dried tofu with boiling water

4. Beat the eggs, cut the pepper into small sections, add a little bit of water to the bean paste and dilute it (dilute the dry sauce with water, and the thin sauce will not be used)

5. Heat the oil in the wok, add the egg liquid and spread it out with chopsticks

Tips:

The cabbage rolls should be rolled tightly, otherwise they will fall apart when cutting
