When I was young, I was so scared to eat this kind of dish, so that since I became a chef, this dish has never been served on my table. The taste of this dish in my memory is dry and slightly bitter. Not long ago, my friend told me that this dish was delicious, crisp and sweet, which completely subverted the taste in my memory, and it turned out to be true after a try!
