Corn and Egg Fried Rice

Cooked corn, peeled corn kernels

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, heat it up, pour in the egg liquid, and stir-fry immediately

Fry the eggs and add chopped chives and stir fry

Pour in the leftover rice, turn to low heat, and slowly stir fry with a spatula until the rice has no lumps
