Corn Burned Big Bones

1. Materials ready

2. Cut carrots, corn, broccoli into small pieces, slice ginger

3. Pork bones in a pot under cold water, add green onion knots and cooking wine, blanch the water, remove and control dry

4. Heat oil in a pan, add pork bones and stir fry after heating

5. Stir fry until the pork bones are slightly charred, then add ginger slices and stir fry

6. Then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, and fry until it is colored
