Corn Dumplings

Peel off the corn kernels with a knife. (It is useful to keep the corn stalk cob)

Peel and wash the carrots and use a vegetable plane to cut into thin filaments for later use.

Tips:
1. The corn kernels must be blanched or steamed in advance.
2. Corn stalk cob boiled in water has a good laxative effect, you can use it to boil the water before cooking dumplings.
