Corn Egg Rolls

Finely chop the ham, chopped green onion and egg.

Corn flour is set aside.

Beat the eggs into liquid egg.

Add the right amount of corn flour, you can add a little bit, because the taste will be too rough if you add more.

Add chopped green onion and minced ham, add appropriate amount of salt and a little bit of five-spice powder.

Stir evenly into a thinner batter.

Coat a non-stick pan with oil and pour half of the batter. Shake the pot to make it as even as possible.

After it is basically solidified, roll it up from one end and roll it all up.

Pour the other half of the batter and shake it aside.

When the bottom is basically solidified, put half of the front roll on the edge, and then roll it up.

After all the rolls are finished, fry in the pan for a few more minutes.
12.
Fry until the inside is well cooked, and cut into small pieces when eating.
