Corn Horseshoe Dumplings

1. Add water to the bread machine

2. Start the dough-making program

3. Knead into a smooth dough in 30 minutes

4. Divide into small round doughs of 10 grams each

5. Use a rolling pin to roll thin and round to make dumpling wrappers

Tips:

The shape of the dumplings can be made by rolling out the dough thinly and directly using the cup mouth to make the shape more uniform. Dumplings cooked by boiling water in a pot and adding a little salt are tough and chewy.
