Corn Jelly

1. Corn starch and mineral water are ready.

2. Pour 100ML of mineral water into cornstarch.

3. Stir well.

4. Put the small pot on the stove and pour 400ML mineral water.

5. The fire is boiled, then turn off the fire.

6. Pour the stirred cornstarch water into the pot and stir evenly.

7. Turn on the fire and stir constantly with a spoon until it becomes foamy.

8. When it thickens, turn off the heat.

9. Pour the prepared jelly into a clean container.

10. Let cool at room temperature.

11. Pour the formed jelly into the dish.

12. Cut into the shape you like and place on the plate.

13. All the seasonings are ready.

14. Add garlic paste.

16. Add soy sauce.

17. Add balsamic vinegar.

18. Add chicken essence.

19. Add homemade chili oil.

20. Add sesame oil.

21. Mix evenly and serve.
