Fresh corn is on the market, and I often buy it and cook it and use the rest for other purposes. This time, the corn is peeled and fried with several vegetables to make pancakes. It is more nutritious and tastes better. The food is in one, and the diners like it very much.

Corn Kernels and Vegetable Pie

1. Wash the carrots, lettuce and green peppers, and peel the corn kernels

2. Chopped carrots

3. Chopped green pepper

4. Chopped lettuce

5. Add wheat flour, corn flour, salt, pepper to the container

6. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly

7. Add carrots

8. Add the chopped lettuce and green pepper

9. Then add the corn kernels and stir evenly into a batter

10. Add a little oil to the pan and fry the cake batter
