Corn Meat Wonton
1.
Choose about 300 grams of fat and meaty pork filling. The corn I use is fresh fruit corn, cut into pieces and blanched. Minced green onion and ginger.
2.
Add chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce to the meat filling. After stirring in one direction, add an egg and continue to stir.
3.
Boil some hot oil and add 1 star anise. Burn out the fragrance.
4.
Put the green onion and ginger into the meat, and pour the hot oil directly on top of the onion and ginger. Pick out the star anise. Continue to stir in one direction.
5.
Finally, pour the corn kernels and stir well. If it smells good, the basic taste will suffice. If you are still unsure, you can lick it with your tongue.
6.
Take a piece of wonton wrapper, put some stuffing in the middle, and wrap the bevel.
7.
Pinch a pleat from the right to the middle.
8.
Continue to pinch one and wrap it up. (Some of the wonton wrappers you buy are more floury, which is not sticky. You can prepare a bowl of water and dip it to make it sticky.
9.
This amount is about 60 or so. If you can't finish it at a time, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. Eat and cook
10.
When it is cooking, boil the water in the pan, add the wontons, stir gently with a spoon to prevent it from sticking to the pan. It will be cooked after boiling the pot three times on medium heat. Add seaweed and drench the egg liquid according to your preference. If there are pickles, add some pickles to taste better. Then add the right amount of salt.
Tips:
Especially suitable for children to eat. If you give it to your child, don't put it spicy. The amount of all seasonings is adjusted according to personal taste. Please increase or decrease according to personal needs.
