Corn, Peanuts, Red Dates and Chestnut Congee

Wash the red dates, open the bag and eat the chestnuts.

Wash corn peels.

Wash the peanuts.
4.
Take the required rice, wash and set aside.

Add water to the pot, add corn, peanuts and red dates to a boil. Put the washed rice in and drip oil (to prevent overflow).

Wash the raisins and goji berries.
7.
After cooking the porridge, add the chestnuts, raisins and goji berries and simmer for 3 minutes.
8.
Bowl of porridge.
Tips:
Polenta has chewy ends, and is paired with peanuts, chestnuts and various kinds of rice. It is a nutritious and delicious porridge. Wash the peanuts and soak 2 hours in advance (the soaking water and peanuts are poured into the pot to cook the porridge).
